  2. Found the house of your dreams in the Netherlands? Then we start bidding
    You visit the house yourself. You are in the best position to decide whether you see yourself living in the house. You don't need our help. We will provide you with a handy checklist, so you won't forget anything during the viewing. Do you want to buy the house? Then, our estate agent will take care of the negotiation process for you.
  3. Offer accepted? Together, we go through the deed of sale and apply for a mortgage
    The deed of sale is probably drawn up in Dutch. Difficult for you, but don't worry, our estate agent can translate every word into English. It is important to us that you understand exactly what you are buying and what conditions apply. The financial advisor selects the lender that best suits your needs. Here, we also look at the interest rate and the conditions.
  4. Interest rate offer
    First, you will receive an interest rate offer containing all the details of your mortgage. We go through these together so that everything is clear.
  5. Online customer dossier
    In your online customer dossier, you can upload all the documents we need and track the progress of your application.
  6. Binding mortgage offer
    If everything is approved, you will receive the final offer. The mortgage application is accepted.
  7. To the notary!
    The moment that matters: you can go to the notary for the transfer.
