Our complete purchase assistance costs € 1,795.
You pay € 350,- for administration costs in advance. You pay the rest once you have purchased a property.
We work with a performance bonus. That keeps us extra sharp. If we buy the property below the asking price, you pay us a bonus of 10% of the negotiation result. The other 90% of the savings is all yours.
