Pay afterwards
You pay a small part, €350, in advance. You pay the rest afterwards, once the house has been purchased and the mortgage application has been arranged. You always pay a fixed rate, so you know exactly what you will spend.
If there are peculiarities with your mortgage application, there may be extra costs. We always let you know in advance, during the mortgage interview.
For purchases, we work with a performance bonus. If our estate agent can buy the house for less than the asking price, you pay us 10% of this negotiation result. The other 90% is all yours.
