Arranging proper financing for your home in the Netherlands can be tricky. You don't know the language well enough and there may be different rules in the Netherlands than in your country of origin. Nevertheless, it is also quite possible for expats to take out a mortgage in the Netherlands.

The most important thing is to take out a mortgage that suits you, your wishes, requirements and future plans. And Libero Expats can help you with that.

We look at the mortgage rate, because of course you don't want to pay more than necessary. But perhaps even more important are the conditions. Because if something changes in your personal situation, it's nice if your mortgage can move with you.

If you have seen a house you want to make an offer on, our estate agent can help you determine the perfect offer. Here, we look not only at the amount of the offer, but also at the resolutive conditions. Perhaps it is possible for you to make an offer without a financing condition. If so, of course you want to make sure you don't run any risks. Libero Expats' buying agent and financial expert will take care of that.
